The Gulch and all that downtown has to offer is 5 minutes away. Built in 2014 this stylish, three level townhouse is newly furnished. This home has a large living area with a 65" TV, a large comfortable sofa, love seat, and marble coffee and side tables. The dining table seats 6 or dine at the black quartzite kitchen island that seats up to 3 people. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and gourmet cookware. Upstairs there are two large, beautifully decorated bedrooms with King Beds, well appointed private baths, and walk in closets. Each upstairs room has its own desk and a 55" TV and in the hallway is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The third bedroom is located on the bottom floor and is also furnished with a King Bed, private bath and 55" TV. An additional stackable washer and dryer is located nearby the bottom bedroom just outside the garage entrance. You will find gorgeous, dark wood floors throughout the townhouse and feel right at home with the cozy, modern decor. Outside of the garage is a stone fireplace to warm you up. Private off street garage parking. High speed internet & cable TV. STAIRS between all floors. No elevator.
